At Skill Ladders, we are dedicated to providing exceptional educational content. Before enrolling in any course, we encourage learners to carefully review all course details, prerequisites, and schedules. Please be aware of the following terms regarding refunds:

Finality of Payment

Once payment has been made for any course or service, it is non-refundable. This applies under all circumstances, including but not limited to, changes in personal schedule, dissatisfaction with course content, or any unforeseen situation that prevents attendance or completion.

Curriculum Adjustments

Skill Ladders reserves the right to modify course structure, content, and schedules as needed. We will endeavor to communicate any such changes, but please note that these modifications will not entitle participants to refunds or compensation.

Unforeseen Hardships

While we understand that certain situations—such as medical emergencies, family loss, or natural disasters—may prevent participation, we cannot issue monetary refunds. In such cases, Skill Ladders may, at its sole discretion, provide a credit toward a future course, extend the enrollment period, or offer a course transfer, provided appropriate documentation is supplied.

Enrollment Reassignment

Requests for transferring enrollment to another course will be considered on a case-by-case basis. However, transfers will not result in a refund of the original course. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the course start date.

Completion Requirements

To successfully complete any course, participants must fulfill all requirements, including attendance, assignment submissions, and passing assessments. No refunds will be granted for non-completion due to personal reasons, failure to meet deadlines, or non-compliance with course policies.

Remittance Conditions

Payments for all courses and services are to be made in full at the time of registration. Skill Ladders does not offer partial payments or installment plans unless explicitly stated. All payments are processed securely, and once processed, they are non-refundable.

Policy Discretion

Skill Ladders’ refund policy aims to ensure fairness and transparency. However, Skill Ladders retains the right to make exceptions at its sole discretion. Any exception made will be communicated directly to the participant, and such decisions will be considered final.

Consent and Acceptance

By enrolling in any Skill Ladders course or utilizing our services, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy. We encourage participants to carefully read and understand course details before making a payment.
